Classic single outdoor hammock
Brisa brings South American joie de vivre to your home and is ideal for outdoor use thanks to its special functional fiber.
Compact single hammock
The classic cloth hammock is perfect for small spaces. With a fabric width of 140 cm, it offers a high level of comfort with a small space requirement.
Perfect weightlessness on 76 hanging cords
The quality of a hammock is measured by the number of hanging cords it has. Many cords ensure better weight distribution and thus increase the longevity and comfort of the hammock.
Easy-care outdoor fiber
Our functional fiber was developed specifically for the special requirements of outdoor hammocks. It is easy to care for and dries quickly.
Tear-resistant selvedge
By doubling the weft threads, the selvages are reinforced and therefore particularly tear-resistant.
Space requirements
The required distance between the two hanging points and the required height of the hanging points can be determined using a simple rule of thumb: The hanging height (y) should correspond to approximately half of the hanging distance (x). If the distance between the suspensions increases, the hammock must be attached a little higher.
Fastening
Hammock between two trees
Depending on the size of your hammock, the trees must be at least three meters apart and strong enough to withstand the load. To attach the hammock between two trees, a rope is looped around the tree trunk and connected to the hammock.
Hammock between two walls
Load-bearing, solid walls are suitable for attaching the hammock. The MultiSpot, which distributes the weight across three drill holes, is particularly simple and safe.
Lying position
When you lie diagonally in the hammock, your body opens up the lying surface without the fabric restricting you. In the diagonal, the back is optimally supported and the spine is relieved. This position also makes rocking more comfortable.
Machine wash (gentle)
You can wash this hammock at 30°C on a gentle program!
Tie ribbons together
Tie the hanging cords together before washing to prevent them from tangling. The Brazilian macramé can be protected with a laundry net.
No dryer!
To protect your product, only allow it to air dry and do not put it in the dryer.
Protect against abrasion
When hanging your hammock, make sure it floats freely and doesn't rub against the ground.
Hang out at night
Cotton hammocks are sensitive to constant moisture. Hang your hammock overnight to protect it from moisture. Note that a hammock that has become damp needs air circulation to dry.
Overwinter dry
We recommend that you clean the hammock before the winter break. After it is completely dry, it can be wrapped in plastic and stored to protect it from pests.
